This meeting mainly focuses on our activity for the class trip at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort.
1. Activity
It is decided that we will be the first club to start the activity for that day. Thus we decided to have a simple activity, for only 20 minutes. We decided to have a photo scavenger hunt.
Procedure
: Each group will have a set of tasks that they will need to complete along the track that we will set in Bukit Merah Waterpark. These tasks need to be photographed to be completed.
: The photos will be uploaded to the group's personal Instagram with hashtags that we have set later on.
: The hashtags that we have decided to use are #snaptrackers and #snapmytrack
2. Items Needed
We have listed some items that we need to prepare for the trip, such as:
- footsteps (printed on colourful papers, and laminated) > to mark the track
- task list > to be distributed to each group
- flyers > to be distributed to other visitors in Bukit Merah, asking them to use our hashtags
- camera > to take pictures of the activity for recording purposes
