1. Finishing Up Items for the Trip
We again listed out the items we need for the trip (refer Rendezvous 7 for the list). Other than that, we helped each other to finish up the items (cutting, laminating and printing the flyers, footsteps and task list).
2. Other Related Issues
Some other issues related to the trip were mentioned, such as:
- Guide for each group
: We decided that there will be a guide for each group to help the groups through out the activity.
- Recognition
: Because of the large place, we decided to wear a brown ribbon on our wrists to help other club members to recognise us
- Length of track
: We decided to use only the waterpark area for the activity. This is because the waterpark should be big enough for members to search and finish the tasks given.
